Keiron has been in and around the Fitness Industry for over 20 years and is ready for the next 20 years to come. He has trained from beginner to medal winning athletes so the experience and knowledge is all there.

 

From Keiron. "Personal Training is a real passion of mine, it has to be otherwise the hours I put in would soon make me crazy. I love getting to know my clients and sharing with them the knowledge I have learned over the years.

My goal is not to train you forever, but to either get you to your goal or get your knowledge to a level that you can do it by yourself and with confidence. I don't do this for the money, I stopped chasing the $ a long long time ago. For me it's about seeing people get what they work hard for."

Monty Filimaea - Personal Training & Class Instructor

Or as some of you may know him, Monty “Maddog” Filimaea, NZ Professional Boxer and first to win and unite both NZ Boxing Federation Cruiser Weight titles.

 

Monty is a dedicated Personal Trainer who has a real passion for the “Healthy Living Lifestyle”. He is a real motivator and loves passing on his knowledge to help people achieve their goals.

 

Monty covers all aspects of PT work but specializes in Strength and Conditioning for males and females.

 

Monty can do PT sessions incorporating Strength and Conditioning of the body to suit your goals, or if you want something a little different, book a professional Boxing and Technique session.
