Group Fitness Classes



Please note all group fitness classes are 45 minutes to one hour, except for our abs class which is 15 to 20 minutes per session.


Classes overview:

Abs – We run two daily ab classes with our awesome personal trainers. Earn those abs you’ve always wanted with our 20 minute abs blast. Improve muscle tone, posture, balance and strength with strong core stability!



Spin– High intensity interval training on a spinning bike set to tunes that will get your pulse racing. Spinning classes take place in our fitness studio, with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere, the instructor guides participants through workout phases, including warm-up, up-tempo sprints, cool downs etc.



Circuit- Involves a variety of exercises, is high intensity and based on interval style training. Interval training combines short, high intensity bursts of speed, with slow, recovery phases, repeated during one exercise session.



Yoga – Flow through a series of yoga poses for flexibility, mind empowerment, relaxation, muscle toning and strength. Yoga creates a strong mind and body, improves flexibly and the function of the circulatory, digestive, respiratory and hormonal system.



Zumba – Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to help you burn lots of calories, tone and sculpt your entire body. Experience the energy of dancing to a Latin-fused workout. Get ready to party yourself into shape!



Xtreme – Xtreme is a full body work out that is short, sharp and high intensity. Based on Cross-Fit training methods, Xtreme is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity.



Box Fit – High energy interval training combining athletic aerobic movements with strength and stability exercises. Train like a champ with our professional boxer instructor! His boxing combinations and fitness drills will ensure a full body work-out. Bring your own boxing gloves and wraps.
